A. The Company will initiate any eligible refund for credit into the same account used for payment by the user. This process will take place within Seven (7) working days of receiving the cancellation request. If the cancellation occurs before product delivery, the refund will be processed within Seven (7) working days of the request. If the cancellation happens after product delivery, the refund will be initiated within Seven (7) working days after the Company's logistics partner picks up the product(s) from the user's location. However, the actual crediting to the user's bank/credit card/debit card account is subject to the processing time of banking channels. Any charges levied by the bank for the refund transaction will be the sole responsibility of the user.
B. Interest Fee Reversal: If a transaction is canceled, and the user has availed an EMI facility, the reversal of interest fees will be in accordance with the terms of the respective issuing bank. Users are advised to inform their card-issuing bank about the transaction cancellation and follow up with the bank for the refund. The Company is not responsible for any delays or issues related to the bank's refund of interest.
C. In the case of a refund in EMI transactions, although the amount is credited back to the customer's card, the EMI closure will only occur after the customer communicates their intent to the bank. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the bank about the closure of the EMI loan. Failure to communicate may result in the bank continuing to levy interest, and any foreclosure or other charges imposed by the customer's bank will be borne by the customer.
e. These terms and conditions governing refunds by the Company are collectively referred to as the "Refund Policy."
