Delivery & Installation Policy for Mach9BD
a. Mach9 is committed to ensuring a swift delivery process for all products booked on our website. We aim to dispatch the ordered product(s) within Seven (7) working days from the date of order placement, contingent upon successful payment realization and product availability. However, users acknowledge that circumstances beyond our control may cause delays in shipment. We assure users that we will take all necessary steps to expedite the shipment within the specified timeframe.
b. In instances where users place orders for multiple products in a single transaction, Mach9 will make every effort to ship all products together. However, this may be subject to constraints based on product characteristics or logistics issues. If a user purchases multiple products in a single transaction, they will be shipped to a single address provided by the user. If separate shipping addresses are desired, users should place individual orders for each delivery location.
c. Mach9 may utilize our Service Partners for product delivery. The delivery personnel may contact users before the delivery, and during the process, users may be asked to sign a proof of delivery, which should be signed and returned to the delivery personnel. In cases where the delivery is accepted by a person other than the one who placed the order, valid identity proof may be requested.
d. The installation of products will be facilitated by the respective brands or Mach9's service partners. Any applicable standard installation charges will be communicated, and users agree to comply with and pay the necessary charges.
